Ideal’s dedicated team achieved ISO-9001-2000 certification in January 2007 for its quality systems. Since we believe that there is always a scope for improvement, Ideal’s product development, quality and production teams are continuously looking for ways to improve the quality of our products and services even further.

At Ideal, the quality is built into the process itself. In addition to the routine QA systems followed during production and assembly, a periodic verification of the life of a gas spring is also ascertained. These life cycle tests are carried out at a defined frequency. Specially developed force and cycle testing machines are installed for this purpose.
